Geronimo!! (1829 - 1909)

I just got back from my monthly Neva fix and thought I would share.

First stop was Silver City NM which we used as a base of operations for trips to the cliff dwellers at the headwaters of the Gila River. Geronimo was born around here but he was not a cliff dweller (or so he said).

Neva always did like to do things the hard way.

Next stop was the "Cat Walk" which is a box canyon

After that we went to a hotel owned by the Mescalero Apache Tribe. It was a little scary, but we made it out with our scalps.

This is a shot of Sierra Blanco which is where Neva skied last winter.
